Auto-gen files hiding

Currently autogen files are git ignored. Other ideas:

Use Gitattributes to flag them as auto gen files same as Projen does
Check them in and still mark them as git ignored. Any changes do not show up and still marked as ignored
Combination of gitattributes and gitignored
Separate branch with autogen files added
Cli could have permanent eject command to unignore completely or a temp eject to check them in keeping them ignored
